We display our current manufacturing time on our website as a guide—from the moment you place your order to when your gate is expected to be made. This estimate is based on our current workload and production speed.

Quoted Order Due Date: This refers to the expected completion date of your gate, not the delivery date.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you by phone or email to confirm delivery arrangements.
Please note: While we aim to meet our stated manufacturing times, around 90% of our products are custom-sized. This means lead times may occasionally extend beyond the initial estimate, and delivery dates cannot be confirmed until your order is complete.

We may use a third-party courier service in some cases. In these cases, please check all items are present and undamaged. If items are damaged they must be refused or signed as damaged, THERE WILL BE NO CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT FOLLOWED
Upon delivery, you must check that the order is not damaged, failure to do this will mean any damage could only have happened after delivery.
While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery dates, we cannot guarantee punctuality—particularly when third-party couriers are involved.
